Research Projects by Courage+Khazaka: a Fast in vivo Accurate SPF Measurement System
26 November 2019
Together with the Charité University in Berlin, C+K currently develops a new, extremely interesting, fast system to non-invasively measure SPF in vivo directly on the skin.* The system has been proven to successfully implement hybrid SPF measurements combining in vivo with in vitro data
The method was presented on the latest international congresses and got a lot of attention from the cosmetic industry. We are proud to report that our poster at the IFSCC conference in Milan in October 2019 was elected by the scientific committee from more than 300 contributions into the top 10. Watch video from the conference with the Happi magazine.
The device is still under development. Please subscribe to our newsletter (subscription at the bottom of the start page) or follow us on facebook or linkedin to be kept in the loop on this exciting topic and other research projects we are working on.
*This work was (partially) supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) within the Advanced UV for Life.
