NanoAmes™ is a ready to use kit including strains, media, ampicillin, booster solution to run the Ames Test in an ultra-miniaturized format.
NanoAmes™ test kit has been designed for testing very low quantities of test compound (35 µg / 5 strains , +/- S9, 5 doses, quintuplicates) such as genotoxic impurities or mixtures of food or drug packing material. Positive controls and rat liver S9 preparations can be chosen separately.
